Excellent service and menu options! I ordered a vegan wrap and it was scrumptious. The wrap was a filling portion with a side of fresh fruit. This place has a full menu of healthy and delicious foods, smoothies, and treats!

Visited McAllen for the 4th of July weekend and was in need of a place with healthy breakfast options, since I was lacking a kitchen to prep my own meals. I had their teriyaki salmon bowl with quinoa and it was delicious! Their juices are also a great pairing to the meal. We enjoyed it so much, we went a second time and brought some friends.
I love munching out at Protein House! Treat yourself for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack! Love the Missy and the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough protein shakes.
Everything is so tasty and fresh. This is my go to. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. My fav wrap is the PH wrap w steak and egg. So tasty.
I pasted by the other day and I decided to try this place out. I was not disappointed. You go in, order your food, wait, and then pick it up when its ready. I had the southwest salad. It was delicious and had a good portion. Definitely going back to try other meals.
So happy I just found their bowls! Was considering hiring someone to help me with meal prep but this system with their build your own is awesome!
I absolutely love coming here. For breakfast I really enjoy their protein pancakes and the Greek yogurt. Not to mention just how delicious their wraps and burgers are. Everything is full of flavor and tasty. In addition, I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. Staff members are very kind and friendly each time I come.
Super Clean! My friend recommended this place. The gentleman assisting me was very patient. I didn't feel intimidated as I viewed the menu to make my decision on what I wanted. I had a burger. It was delicious. My meal was a 'to go' meal. So, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it. I also got a protein shake and that was great!
Delicious. Good portions. Healthy. You can feel the food entering your muscles from how nutritious this is.
